What do you do to get yourself hyped before an event – I make sure I am well equipped for what’s coming my way, put in the training. Be aware of logistics and then at the end just put my headphones in and enjoy the views and vibes of the race. 

 Most important piece of gear for your run – Shoes for sure, I don’t really care about clothing as much. Also my phone for navigation, Strava, music and to take pictures 🙂
