Every hour, for 24 hours, a runner from each team will start a lap.

Runners are timed using a chip system and teams will accumulate time over the 24 hour (24 lap) event. 

For an 8 person team, each runner will run three times, for a total of 24 km.

For an 4 person team, each runner will run six times, for a total of 48 km.

You will know exactly what time each of your laps will start.

If a runner completes the course in under one hour, the next runner does not start until the next hour.

Runners will get the actual running time, with a maximum time of one hour and fifteen minutes.

If runners/walkers go over, they will be assigned a one hour and fifteen minute lap. There is no penalty for going over one hour and fifteen minutes.
